Shipping Information
Shipping Fee: Free shipping is available for orders over $240.
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We adhere to Australian Consumer Law, ensuring your rights are protected when it comes to product returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
Change of Mind:
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.
